Our coven has curated these shadowed halls for those who appreciate the unique, the eerie, and the horror-themed. Please read these Terms carefully before you start to use the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

2. User Obligations and Responsibilities

By using our Site, you covenant to us that:

Our crypt offers a collection of horror-themed artifacts, including but not limited to:

• Apparel & Costumes: Dresses, Bottoms, Masks, Cosplay, and other wearables for the discerning dark soul.
• Accessories & Collectibles: Backpacks, Bags, Enamel Pins, Keychains, Patches, Ornaments, and other macabre treasures.
• Crypt Goods & Miscellany: Mystery items, Coffee, Cups & Flasks, Pet Goods, and other curated oddities.

We strive to display the attributes of our products as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors, designs, and finishes you see will depend on your device’s display, and we cannot guarantee that your device will accurately portray our dark artifacts. All descriptions of products are subject to change at our sole discretion.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1. Order Process

When you place an order through our Site, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance. We may refuse any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.

4.2. Payment Methods

We accept payments through our haunted gateways via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. By providing your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

4.3. Pricing and Shipping

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery occurs within 10-15 business days after leaving our crypt.
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Order processing takes 1-2 business days. We ship worldwide, but some remote locations and parts of Asia may be restricted. If your realm is restricted, our payment gateway will alert you during checkout.

You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your local authorities. We are not liable for delays caused by customs or other supernatural interferences.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

While we strive for your satisfaction, we understand that sometimes a treasure may not be the right fit for your collection.

5.1. Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for items in their original, unused condition within 15 days of your receipt of the package. The following items are non-returnable:

• Masks & Costumes (for hygiene reasons)
• Crypt Goods (mystery items)
• Coffee (consumable items)
• Cups & Flasks (for hygiene reasons)
• Sale or discounted merchandise

5.2. The Return Ritual

1. Contact Our Coven: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receipt. Use the provided template for efficiency.
2. Await Instructions: We will respond within 2-3 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
3. Package Your Item: Include the item in its original packaging with all tags and a copy of your order confirmation.
4. Ship the Item: Send to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for packages lost in the void.
5. Await Processing: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

5.3. Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the standard shipping cost ($12.95) will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges are only offered for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. Contact us immediately at [email protected] with details and photos for such cases.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped) or a damaged/defective item.

6. Intellectual Property
